HER – Women’s Health & Longevity Summit Brings
Multiple Medical Specialities Under One Platform
One of India’s first multispeciality summits dedicated to women’s health and longevity also marks Dr
Irfana Shahul Hameed’s expansion into FemTech
CHENNAI, September 20, 2026 — Dr. Irfana Hameed, Founder and Clinical Director of Be The One Longevity Centre, convened HER – Women’s Health & Longevity Summit on September 19 at Hotel Pullman, Teynampet. Positioned as one of India’s first multispeciality summits dedicated to
women’s health and longevity, HER brought together medical experts from across disciplines to look at women’s health through the different stages of life.
The one-day summit featured conversations spanning multiple areas of women’s healthcare, with a focus on prevention, emerging medical approaches, longevity and the changing healthcare needs of
women.
The summit also marked a significant new chapter for Dr. Irfana and Be The One with the launch of BTO Longevity – Women, a dedicated FemTech initiative designed to help women take greater
charge of their health.
The initiative was launched by Dr. Irfana during the HER conference and inaugurated by C.K. Kumaravel, Founder of Naturals Salon, who presided over the summit. The platform will bring together health information and monitoring in one place, with plans to integrate menstrual cycle tracking, wearable technology and additional health monitoring capabilities as it
develops.
The initiative reflects Dr. Irfana’s vision of using technology to give women greater visibility into their own health and support more informed, proactive decisions about their wellbeing.
“Women’s health cannot be looked at in fragments. What happens during one stage of a
woman’s life can influence the next, which is why health and longevity need to be part of the
same conversation,” said Dr. Irfana Hameed. “With HER, we are bringing different specialities together while also taking the next step towards using technology and longevity medicine to create a more connected approach to women’s healthcare.”
Alongside the FemTech initiative, Dr. Irfana also introduced dedicated women’s longevity verticals at Be The One, expanding the centre’s focus on preventive healthcare and healthy ageing for women.
The summit brought together healthcare professionals across specialities to examine the evolving needs of women’s health, with discussions spanning prevention, emerging medical approaches, longevity and healthy ageing. The summit highlighted the importance of taking a more
comprehensive view of women’s healthcare across different stages of life.
