Romantic comedies are always a bliss to watch, effortlessly striking a chord with universal audiences. Carrying forward that charm, Golden Gate Studios is now bringing a refreshing rom-com that promises to be a colorful entertainer filled with relatable moments, beautiful music, and vibrant visuals. The film had its formal launch with a simple ritual pooja ceremony recently, which was attended by the film’s cast and crew.
The yet-to-be-titled film stars Vikraman, who rose to fame through his celebrated stint on Bigg Boss. Starring alongside him are Supritha and Jenson Diwakar, who add freshness and energy to the cast.
Speaking about the film, director Preethi Karikalan said, “We chose Vikraman because he owns a look that everyone can instantly relate to. The role he plays in this story is a realistic one, and Vikraman has the right expertise to bring out the depth and honesty needed for such characters. We believe audiences will see a very natural, yet impactful performance from him.” Adding few words on the film’s storyline, she says, “Overall, the film itself is designed as a colorful entertainer, fresh and relatable for today’s audiences, and will be beautifully complimented by music and visuals. It has a simple yet unique storyline, and is being made in a way that will offer a delightful experience to audiences.”
The technical team adds solid creative strength to the project: Sridhar handles cinematography, promising colorful and spellbinding visuals; Ramar ensures a crisp and engaging narrative through his editing; and Ajesh Ashokan scores the music, which is set to beautifully complement the romance and emotions of the film.
The shoot will begin on September 10 in and around Chennai and will be wrapped up in a single schedule. With its heartwarming story, contemporary relatability, and strong creative backing, the film is set to offer audiences a breezy and delightful rom-com experience.
