The film stars Hiphop Tamizha Aadhi in the lead alongside Bollywood actress Ketika Sharma, Chaitra J. Achar, Yogi Babu, Karunas, Harshath Khan, ‘Aadukalam’ Naren, Nassar, Ramya Ranganathan, Sha Ra, and several other notable actors.
The film’s cinematography is handled by Balaji Subramaniam and Madhesh Manickam, while the music has been composed by Hiphop Tamizha. Positioned as a commercial entertainer, Meesaya Murukku 2 is jointly produced by A.C.S. Arun Kumar of Benz Media Private Limited and Khushbu Sundar of Avni Movies.
