Also, as an initiative from VELS FC, we propose putting in place a comprehensive programme that provides free football coaching to the deserving kids from every district of Tamilnadu. This programme seeks to foster social inclusion and talent development in addition to physical health and good sportsmanship.
The programme will be designed with children from lower-income families in mind, giving them access to international quality coaching, facilities, and equipments. Outreach programmes will be organised with local schools, government agencies, and community organizations to find the right candidates. Students with financial difficulties or other obstacles to participation will be given priority.
