Home Movie Makers Sujatha Vijayakumar’s ‘Siren’, features Jayam Ravi as the protagonist, and is directed by debutant Antony Bhagyaraj. The film’s teaser has been revealed by the team marking the special festival occasion of Diwali.
Actor Jayam Ravi has been creating waves of sensation in the Industry with back-to-back successful movies and is now appearing with salt and pepper look for the first time in his career.
Right from its point of commencement, Siren has been generating a strong buzz that includes the riveting first look of an ambulance with a siren followed by the revealing of Pre-Face Look, where Jayam Ravi’s salt ’n’ pepper avatar as the prisoner turned the spotlights on. Now the teaser shows Jayam Ravi’s character getting released from prison on parole.
The teaser showcases narratives of the story premise by two characters – A prisoner (played by Jayam Ravi) and a police inspector (played by Keerthy Suresh). The dramatic events with twists and thrills in the teaser have elevated the expectations of the film.
Antony Bhagyaraj, exhibiting his writing prowess in movies like Irumbu Thirai, Viswasam, Hero, and many movies is debuting as a filmmaker through this movie.
The film, produced at a grand scale with a heavy budget is a family entertainer laced with action and thriller elements. Jayam Ravi, for the first time, will be seen in a never-seen-before character that appears in two different looks. Keerthy Suresh is pairing opposite Jayam Ravi for the first time in this movie. Yogi Babu, apart from tickling our funny bones with his hilarious avatar, has a promising character role in this movie. Furthermore, Samuthirakani will be seen appearing in a prominent character.
With the shooting wrapped up and postproduction work nearing completion, the official announcement on the film’s audio, trailer, and worldwide theatrical release will be made soon.
