Chennai, June 20, 2022: Jango’z, City’s most recent quick service restaurant in Chennai today organized a fun mega burger eating contest to celebrate Father’s Day at its Perambur store. The contest witnessed an overwhelming participation of 20 foodies from across the city. Mr. Jawahar Farook won the contest by eating 2 full-sized burgers and was challenged to complete the in-house favorite Pride burger stacked with double patties and loaded veggies under 1.30 minutes. Along with the coveted title of Mega Foodie, the winner also took away a Rs. 10,000 worth gift. Mr. Magesh and Mr. Waseem emerged as the runner up by eating burgers in 1.45 minutes and 1.52 minutes respectively.
Commenting on the cocassion, Mr. Jawahar Farook, winner of the contest said, “I am happy to have won this exciting prize for my father. The contest was a fun experience, bringing out the true foodie in me. The burgers were so delectable that I couldn’t stop with just one. The burgers were fresh and truly distinctive.”
