Nutritionist Divya Sathyaraj suggests a few ways to prevent Corona Virus.
1) Use different chopping boards and knives for raw meat and cooked food
2) Wash your hands between handling raw and cooked food
3) Eat only well cooked food
4) Immediately discard single use mask after each use and wash hands after removing masks.
5) Avoid close contact with people who have cough and fever
6) Avoid exposing family members to soiled work clothing and shoes.
7) Stay away from sick animals and spoilt meat
8) Frequently wash your hands with soap and water especially after touching animals and animal products.
9) Avoid travelling if you have a fever and cough
10) Increase your intake of Vitamin c to build immunity.
